STEVE ADAMS
Steve joined the insurance business in 1971, going straight into Lloyd’s of London from school. He worked for several years on the marine insurance account, before moving to the reinsurance side of the business. He began underwriting business in 1978, eventually starting his own Lloyd’s Syndicate in 1988. In 1994, he was recruited as the Principal UK Executive and Marine Underwriter for a Bermudan company, Mid Ocean Reinsurance (latterly XL Re), before moving to New York as Managing Director for Marine and Energy of Aon Re (the world’s largest broker) in 2005.


DIANE GONZALEZ-ADAMS
Diane has been in the insurance business for over thirty years, working successfully as an account executive with a number of brokers in the New York market for the majority of that time.  She has extensive knowledge of both the coverages and nuances of commercial and personal lines business and she is extremely adept at explaining to clients in straight-forward language precisely what they are buying.  Diane is also fluent in Spanish, so provides the agency with a further invaluable skill.
